We are so glad you are considering our tour during these uncertain times. We want you to know that we are taking precautions and following all recommendations for operating our tours. Hopefully, this guide helps you understand what we have done to keep everyone safe and what has changed from our normal tour operation.
COVID Precautions – Our employees will be wearing face masks during the tour and we will be practicing social distancing. Hand Sanitizer is available on every vehicle for use by employees and guests. Our employees will also be disinfecting the surfaces of our vehicles each day at our facility as well as wiping down surfaces during your wine tastings at each winery. So, each time you board our vehicles, you can be assured that your safety is our priority.
Tour Changes – Our wineries have gone to extraordinary measures to keep everyone safe. This has included taking our tastings outdoors and under the sky. Most wineries in Temecula have paused tastings and instead are providing our groups a glass of wine in lieu of a tasting. Our groups will be seated during our time at the wineries and most wineries are limiting tables to 6 people. So, if your group is larger than 6, likely you will be split to two tables. If you book our tour, we are mostly utilizing our Cable car for transportation. This vehicle provides a mostly open-air experience and the best social distancing available, with seats facing away from other groups and out into the fresh air. Our limo bus is only being utilized for large groups from the same party, we are not mixing any groups. We are also operating at a limited capacity, so book early because we will not be able to add any seats once sold out.
FAQ’S
Are masked required?
Yes, all guests must wear masks while on board our vehicles, exceptions for medical reasons.
How does seating work?
Our guides will assign you specific seats at the start of your tour. We ask that you sit in the same spots each time you board the Cable Car. Our vehicle configuration allows for several groups to be organized together and facing out away from other groups.
Can we still buy bottles at the wineries?
Yes, you can purchase wine and bring it on the Cable Car from any winery we visit.
What happens if it rains or other inclement weather?
Since we are using our Cable Car, we ask that you dress for the weather. If weather allows, our cable car will operate with the roll up windows open. So, on warm days the ride will be warm and on cool days the ride will be cool. We provide blankets for anyone that gets cold.
