Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

Do I Need Reservations?

Yes, reservations are a must. You can book on our website or contact us at (951) 302-5981.

What's the difference between a regular and sober ticket?

A regular ticket is the full experience and a sober ticket is intended for the designated driver or non-drinkers. It allows them to tag along, but there will be no opportunity for them to drink during the tour. The sober ticket includes lunch/transportation only and can only be purchased in limited quantity with regular tickets. Sober guests must still be 21+.

How Long Is The Tour?
We typically begin our wine tours around 11:00am from our office/tasting room and typically end around 4:30pm.

If you are using our optional pick up/drop off service, we will let you know your pickup window the day before you travel. Pickups start around 10:00am.
Is Gratuity Included In The Tour Price?

Not for our public tours, gratuity is at your discretion and gracefully accepted by your tour guide for a job-well-done. A mandatory service charge is, however, added to the tour price for large groups, charters, special and private tours.

What If I Need To Cancel My Tour, Am I Charged For The Tour?

Guests have the opportunity to purchase assurance for their tickets at booking. Anyone with assurance may cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the tour to receive a refund back onto their credit card minus the assurance fee.

Any bookings without assurance, all tickets sold are non-refundable, but a credit voucher will be issued for your ticket price with 48-hour notice.

What If I Don't Stay Overnight At a Temecula Hotel, Where Do I Meet?

If you are not utilizing our pick-up service, you will need to meet us at 41740 Enterprise Circle N Temecula, CA 92590, which is our office location with private/on-street parking.

What Wineries Do You Visit?

The wineries that we have relationships with can be found on the Wineries page.

How Much Wine Is Served At Each Of The Wineries?

Each winery pours 5-6 one-ounce servings. You select the wines you would like to taste from their list.

Do The Vehicles Have Air-Conditioning?

No, our cable cars are all open air and are naturally heated and cooled by the elements. So, dress appropriately like you are riding in a convertible.

Can I Choose The Bus I Want For My Tour?
Yes, would you like a cable car or a cable car? We only operate cable cars in Temecula, so what you see is what you get!
Do You Operate In All Weather?

We operate year-round and in all weather unless we deem it too dangerous for a wine tour. Our trolley and cable car have windows that can be rolled down to protect from the elements.

The San Francisco motorized cable cars are 28 – 30 passengers.

Can I bring my pet onboard?
We allow all registered service animals on the tour.
